Eliud Kipchoge just ran a marathon in 2:01:09, breaking his own world record by 30 seconds.

This is an incredible accomplishment, and a testament to Kipchoge’s dedication to his sport.

But it’s also a reminder that our notions of what’s possible are always expanding. Just a few years ago, Kipchoge ran a marathon in 2:01:39, which was considered the world record at the time. But Kipchoge kept pushing himself, and his own limits, and ultimately ran a half a minute faster.

This just goes to show that with enough dedication and hard work, anything is possible. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and start chasing your dreams.
