Come for the graph, stay for the journal.
It’s easy to fall for the visual appeal of the graph. It’s the first thing you see advertised on social media and on Logseq’s website:
Yeah, the graph is visually appealing, but functionally less useful (at least, at this stage) than Logseq’s journal. It’s the journal where the real magic happens. It’s the place where one’s connected thoughts come to life. Journaling takes takes item and discipline, but pays off in the long run. I think, it deserves a far more prominent place in Logseq’s feature list.
